I've had the date October 21st, 2015 in my diary for a VERY long time and I still can't quite believe that it's here. The future is FINALLY here! Today is the day that Marty McFly went back to the future.

If you hadn't have guessed by now I'm a bit of a geek and proud of it. There are many things that I'm obsessed with but nothing compares to my obsession with Back to the Future, hell even this design studio is named after it and Doc and Marty are all over the site! Don't worry I won't share the long a geeky story behind the name again.

Luckily my husband is just as obsessed as I am and we even had a number of Back to the Future themed elements on our wedding day. We entered our reception venue to the Back to the Future theme and our table plan had individual movie tickets for each guest to tell them their 'movie' and 'screen number' and low and behold the top tables feature presentation was, you guessed it, Back to the Future, with an original movie poster design by yours truly.

To celebrate this momentous day (plus the fact its 12 years today since I started dating my now husband) we've taken the day off work and are watching the trilogy back to back. Parts 1 and 2 at home cuddled up on the sofa with Ellie and part 3 over at a special drive in cinema. BEST . DAY . EVER!
