Hi there, nice to meet you! I'm Cat and I'm the owner and creator behind Twin Pines Creative a bold, bright (and always geeky) design studio specialising in digital and print solutions for small creative businesses, and can quite often be found creating anything from branding to wedding stationery and wholesale catalogues to media kits.

I have to admit something to you. I LOVE great design. As in I really, REALLY love it. In a pretty awkward and obsessive way. You know they say you should never judge a book by its cover? Well I've lost count of all the books and magazines I've bought that I'll never read, just because it has a well thought out design. Obviously not everyone is as obsessive about design as me, but if you even remotely feel the same way as I do, I'd love to work with you. 

It goes without saying, design has been something I've always loved from a young age and although I've experimented in many different areas from advertising to web design to user experience, design and doing the right thing for the customer has always been at the heart of it. Whether it's inspiring your customers to buy from you, visit your website or setting the tone of your wedding to your guests, I've got you covered. If you think I might be the designer for you then why not have a little wander over to see if you'd like to work with me. 

After leaving school I studied advertising and design for four years and have worked in web design for a couple of well know retailers for the past 5 years and counting. Over the years I've always done the odd little branding project as a favour for friends and family but after being asked to work on more and more projects I decided to take the leap and am now launching Twin Pines Creative and I'm so glad to bring you on this journey with me.

Launching a studio is a very big (and daunting) step, but oh so worth it. I have already worked on many different projects with some amazing clients across the UK and will soon (hopefully) launch a range of handmade prints and wedding stationery created by yours truly (eeek!). Watch this space!

MOVIES, MOVIES, MOVIES 

I swear there's nothing better than curling up on the sofa and escaping into another world for a couple of hours in a movie. Ahhh bliss!

LEGO

Dotted around our house you'll find lots and lots (and lots) of Lego. From Stormtroopers, to the Ghostbusters, to Doc Brown, Marty McFly and the Delorean, we've got them all. The husband and I even have a little bride and groom that had a starring role on our wedding cake!

(I think Doc and Marty were a little reluctant of having their photo taken. Don't worry guys I'll make you look fabulous!)

MUSIC

Give me a classic guitar riff and an awesome bass line and you have my attention.

FISH & CHIPS 

I know it's the stereotypical Brit thing but boy do I love fish and chips. So much so Fridays are officially fish and chip FRY-DAY (see what I did there) in our house!

MR INGS

Twelve years with this weirdo and he still makes me laugh and smile every single day.

...AND OF COURSE
